HREA envisions peaceable, just and democratic societies based on human rights and the rule of law in which rights-holders know, cherish and claim their human rights and duty-bearers respect, protect and fulfill them. Through education, training and capacity-building activities, HREA supports rights-holders, in particular youth, women and members of vulnerable groups, in claiming their human rights and duty-bearers , including governments, government officials, local authorities and secondary duty bearers, in fulfilling their human rights obligations.
