With the completion of residential towers, HELENA 57 WEST in 2005, VIA 57 WEST in 2016, and FRANK 57 WEST in 2017, the 57 WEST superblock, located between 11th and 12th Avenues and 57th and 58th Streets, transformed what was vacant lots and blighted industrial sites into one of Manhattan’s most architecturally significant and desirable residential neighborhoods.
