SOFFT is a registered NPO (123-225 NPO) that looks after interests of children and families who are affected by long term health conditions. We provide all-embracing support for families with children who have long term health conditions so that they can still function as whole family units, who live to glorify the Lord’s name by reaching their full individual and collective potentials.
