I bought my home just a few blocks from where I grew up. My beautiful wife is from Argentina, and she is my number one supporter. I am running for City Council because I am tired of seeing our city neglected. There was a time when you drove in to Torrance and you could physically see the difference from neglected to a well maintained city, today it’s just a blur.
