Our 2 hour baby and child first aid classes are suitable for parents of children of any age (birth to puberty) as well as expectant parents, grandparents, the extended family and friends (anyone who looks after your child). In 2 hours I cover: Dealing with an emergency (Recovery Positions, CPR, Choking) Injuries and Accidents (Head Injuries, Fractures, Poisons, Burns, Bleeding) Awareness of childhood conditions (Meningitis, Allergic reactions/Anaphylaxis, Febrile Convulsions The classes are small, friendly and informal and are designed to give you information in an easy to absorb way. There are no tests, but lots of chances to ask questions. The aim is to practice first aid skills and build your confidence so that you would know what to do in an emergency.
