The ARETE investment group was established in 2014 with strategy focused on real estate assets through its regulated investment funds and mandated accounts. To prove its ability to invest, manage and divest with profit, the first fund, ARETE INVEST CEE was established in 2015. Residential portfolio was acquired in 2015, restructured and fund divested in 2017 with over 30% profit p.a. To continue on successful start, the second fund focused on investments into industrial assets was established in the first quarter of 2016. Investment period of fund matured and portfolio is currently in divestment phase. A third fund, ARETE INDUSTRIAL SICAV, was launched in the second quarter of 2019 to enhance the previous strategy in size and scale while investing into the same asset class – industrial properties. Balanced mix of income producing assets and in-house development is expected to maximize returns within 5-7 years investment cycle.
