CellSim™, BioFi’s proprietary platform, creates virtual cells and tissues enabling experiments that are difficult or impossible in-vitro and in-vivo. As in nature, our simulated cells use internal and external signaling and gene regulatory networks to interact with each other and the environment. By simulating biological events like cell growth, division, movement and death, our cells can develop into complex, higher order structures, exhibiting emerging behaviour.
