La Maida Project is a non-profit dedicated to rewriting the story of mental health and well-being. We know that mental health is at the heart of every challenge in society, and that innovation at the level of prevention is critical to addressing the rising crisis of anxiety, depression, loneliness, gun violence, and suicide. La Maida Project is inspiring a paradigm shift around mental illness, educating the public about the conditions that support our mental health and well-being, and offering programs that meet mental health where it happens - in schools, workplaces, care settings - with our ecological, trauma-informed, evidence-based approach toward healing and health creation.
