QA is a complete Customer Relationship Management company. We starte in 2000 with only helping dealerships increase their customer satisfaction scores with the manufacturer. Two years later we designed a maintenance reminder system and then moved into direct mail marketing for both sales and service. Now we do not only help dealerships retain their customer base, but we go after new customers with our prospecting system.
