MTS was founded in 1996 in the region of Orava, Slovakia, and has built a tradition of designing single-purpose machines and appliances since then. The founders of the company worked in the field of production automation for over ten years before the company was even established. From the beginning of its inception, MTS has been the Slovak Republic's trading partner for the Bosch Group. Later, MTS also joined forces with Bosch Rexroth and Schmidt Technology. It is this cooperation that signified a great step forward concerning the quality and variety of the product range available from MTS. MTS is now a self-reliant and independent company that operates world-wide, and is an enterprise that centres itself on the adept technical and highly moral qualities of its human resources.
