Business Experts is a management consulting company based in Berlin, Germany. The services offered by Business Experts are value management and value engineering, strategic purchasing and supplier management, organisational development and (business) process re-engineering. The company was founded as Silicon Networks in 1999. Over the years the focus changed from microelectronics development and consulting to business consulting, hence the name was changed to Business Experts in 2013. BE consultants all have long term experience in engineering and senior management roles. Special areas of expertise seldom found in consulting are ASIC design, electronic design-to-cost and development process establishment and optimisation.
