ARTISA Academic & Art Retreat is a unique interdisciplinary place for scientists and artists from across the globe, located in Greece. Away from the distractions of daily life, you can progress your work, spend (a part of) your sabbatical, design new projects, create artwork, and regain inspiration in a place with like-minded people. ARTISA also happily welcomes other persons or groups who want to create, contemplate or recharge energy in this uplifting environment. ARTISA aims to be a place that connects people to their knowledge, wisdom and creativity. It seeks to support the greatest participation, originality and productivity among all involved. We strongly believe in the power of cross-fertilization within and between scientific fields and between science and art. They each provide different perspectives to undertake a deeper investigation into the dimensions of art, science and culture. ARTISA builds a platform for mutual inspiration, investigation, achieving results and sharing insights and ideas.
