www.ukmindonesia.idThe idea of ukmindonesia.id was conceived since 2014 but firstly launched in 14 September 2017, with a vision to ease the effort of MSMEs to access accurate information, practical business knowledge, and relevant opportunities for MSMEs who are thriving to grow. Via our website, we ease MSMEs to access valid information such as business licenses procedures, support programs for MSMEs from government, NGOs or corporates; and hundreds of business tips articles that were previously available in a scattered manner. All of the content in the website is available for free. Based on feedbacks from MSMEs who participate our educational events, they want to keep in touched and get updated frequently, so since 2019 we started community membership features, to whom we provide the basic services, namely: 1. Email notification about latest information (particularly on business licenses), business knowledge, and opportunities for MSMEs. 2. Formal registration certificate from Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (our strategic partner) that can be issued digitally from our website; this certificate is useful to access discounted retribution price when MSMEs want to officially register their brand or get certain licenses from the government. 3. Prioritization to access certain program – before it is offered to general public. With the support of our partners, now we can also develop and deliver free trainings as additional services for our community members, prioritizing the area of basic digital literacy and basic financial literacy. By the end of 2020, we manage more than 15,000 community members, and about 51% of them were receiving additional services (free training).
