Das Ernst Kühne Kunststoffwerk stellt glasfaserverstärkte Kunststoffprofile im Pultrusionsverfahren und im Filament-Winding Verfahren her. Unsere Pultrusionsprofile werden mit Glasfasern, Kohlenstofffasern, Aramidfasern oder Basaltfasern verstärkt, mit Epoxid-, Vinylester-, Polyester- und Acrylharzen imprägniert und in einem beheizten Werkzeug kontinuierlich ausgehärtet. Standardmäßig stellen wir Pultrusionsprofile in vielen verschiedenen Formen her, z.B. Rundprofile, Halbrundprofile, Rechteckprofile, Hohlprofile etc. (siehe Profilkatalog), sind jedoch auch Experten im Bereich der hochkomplexen Sonderformen. Unsere Pultrusionsprofile sind in beliebiger Länge herstellbar und können z.B. auch als witterungsbeständige Profile, mit elektrisch leitfähiger Oberfläche, in schwer entflammbarer Ausführung oder in Sonderfarben geliefert werden. Pultrusionsprofile finden in allen Industriebereichen, unter anderem im Bereich Automotive, Luftfahrt & Defence, bei Schienenfahrzeugen und insbesondere in Windkraftanlagen ihre Anwendung. Ernst Kühne Kunststoffwerk manufactures fibre-reinforced plastic profiles using the pultrusion and filament winding techniques. Our pultruded profiles are reinforced using glass fibre, carbon fibre, aramid fibre or basalt fibre. They are impregnated with epoxy, vinylester, polyester and acrylic resins, and then gradually cured using a heated die. We can provide a wide range of pultruded profiles as standard, including round profiles, semi-circular profiles, rectangular profiles, hollow profiles and more (see our Profile Catalog for full details). We are also experts in manufacturing complex, one-off shapes. We can produce pultruded profiles of any length, as well as supplying weather-resistant profiles, profiles with conductive surfaces, and flame-retardant profiles.
