Heartland Mental Health (formerly CHARG Resource Center), transforms lives by providing supportive member-centered, culturally responsive mental health, wellness, and recovery services. We envision a community of wellness where members flourish and live their best, self–directed lives. Through outpatient psychiatric services and a day-time drop-in center, we serve adults who have various levels of mental health and substance misuse challenges.
