PINC: Professional Immersions for Networking & Connections is an internship and study abroad program in Madrid designed for young women in college. Our mission is to help bridge the gender gap by giving young women a competitive edge on their resume with international experience. PINC programs are dedicated to learning Spanish, immersing students into the Spanish culture, building intercultural communication, and personal and professional growth.
