Education without Borders (EwB) is a Canadian non-profit foundation created in 2002 that provides educational opportunities for disadvantaged and at-risk children. EwB initiatives in South Africa and Canada include, after-school support programs in Mathematics, English literacy, isiXhosa literacy, Science, school leadership and youth mentorship. EwB is working with Mseki Primary and Fezeka Secondary schools in Gugulethu township and an after school daycare in Mfuleni township, outside of Cape Town, South Africa. EwB also allocates a portion of its revenue to local Indigenous school projects in B.C., Canada. EwB initiatives are supported through fundraising, grants and partnerships with other non-profit organizations in B.C., Canada and abroad. Vision To empower disadvantaged and at-risk children around the world by instilling a love of learning through educational opportunities.
