Our mission is to bring people together and allow teams to work in different places and time zones without losing that sense of community - combining the perks of working together, even from afar.  Soma was developed to emphasize the importance of working as a team, without the restrictions of being confined to a physical space. While current tools allowed us to work from anywhere, it did not feel like we were working collaboratively.
