Work always involves humans. Humans are complex beings and their behaviour and health are the result of the interaction within and between their internal biological, psychological and social systems, and their physical and social environment. In this context, exposure to risk and a more proactive, dynamic and aggressive society makes people increasingly exposed to risky behaviours and violent/aggressive actions. Shield Academy Projects prevent, eliminate violence and minimize exposure to risk in different environments. We train strategies to reduce escalation and risk behaviour management to reduce actions of psychological and physical confrontation, conflicts in different environments with training solutions for each function and level of risk, in any organisation or personnel.
