This could be as an expert witness or by project managing the dispute process. I can also assist in creating systems to avoid disputes. This service is of particular value to Employers as unlike Contractors they do not expect to find themselves involved in disputes. I also provide commercial support to start ups. Please note that NRG Management Consultancy is not connected with any other companies that include NRG in their name. In 1988 when Nic Rigby first established NRG Management Consultancy whilst there were other companies that included NRG in their name none of those companies, absent new information, were focused on the energy industry. In particular there are no links between NRG Expert (see paragraph 68 and 69 of https://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/TCC/2020/1626.html) and NRG Management Consultancy. NRG Management Consultancy and Nic Rigby are committed to the UK Civil Court Practice Direction 35 including paragraph 3.2 (2) the obligation to provide source references. Also NRG Management Consultancy only works with experts who operate within their own area of expertise.
