Welcome to the Desert Home Guardian Services (DHGS) Page. We are a risk mitigation service as we watch over a home owner's vacant or vacation rental property to minimize issues and costly damages. After each visit to a property, reporting, with pictures, is provided to the home owner. If a significant issue is found, the home owner is notified right away to align on a proper course of action. Insurance companies may not cover a claim if a home is vacant for 30 days or more. DHGS is an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), Evolve Vacation Network, and the Better Business Bureau. Accredited members must pass a strict vetting process for consumer complaints or issues and they need to be insured, bonded, licensed and trained to uphold ethical standards. If you have a vacation property, are a snowbird, or part-time resident, contact DHGS to watch over your home. Services provided include: 🏡 Home Watch: Diligently check the interior and exterior of a property looking for signs of obvious issues such as water leaks, pest infestations, mold, unusual smells or sounds, monsoon or storm damage, signs of squatters, or vandalism. 🏡 Concierge: Personal assistance, including running errands, scheduling repairs, enabling service providers to enter a property, staying onsite while services are being provided, and much more. 🏡 Vacation Rental Assistance: Provide full-service, hospitality care, for a home owner's vacation property. After a reservation is made, DHGS handles the guest experience and the care of the property.
