JESS is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 agency for individuals with disabilities, providing services to consumers in the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County and St. Charles County. In 1979 JESS was the first supported employment agency in the State of Missouri. JESS provides the following services for youth and adults: · Job assessment · Job readiness training · Job development · Job placement · Job retention - including on-the-job coaching · Supportive Living (who are 18 and older and live in St. Louis city) · SWEP (Summer Work Experience Program - youth in St. Louis County)
