GSS Engineering Consultants Limited is relatively new firm providing civil and environmental engineering services. The three partners of the firm are Jeff Graham, P. Eng., Rakesh Sharma, P. Eng., and Ross Slaughter, P. Eng. The partners have over 75 years of municipal engineering experience, primarily in Grey and Bruce Counties. Firm expertise includes design, approvals and construction supervision. The firm has competed many Class EA’s for municipal projects. Staff have completed financial plans and asset condition assessment reports for municipal water and sewage systems. Select staff are qualified to provide RMO/RMI services to satisfy the Clean Water Act, and have operating licences for operation of water and sewage systems.
