Maffeo Drinks © is an advisory founded by Christian Maffeo in June 2019 after gathering decades of international experience, both agency and brand side in the beverage industry, of which a decade in the beer industry with SABMiller, Asahi and Carlsberg. We work as a lean collaborative of beverage industry professionals with an extensive experience and global network of contacts. We blend corporate and premium hospitality experience from cities across the world. We bring a challenger’s mindset leveraging learning’s and customer feedback, developing solutions that are implementable cost-effectively. We extrapolate insights and translate them into straight-forward strategies and then taken to measurable execution, considering all common issues and bottlenecks faced while working in highly complex matrix organizations with a variety of distribution models.
