The BNPA is the local American Payroll Association Chapter, a professional society for Payroll Professionals. Founded in 1993, it is run by local professionals and offers networking opportunities, recertification credits, and community events, and study groups. The APA is the nation's leader in payroll education, publications, and training. The nonprofit association conducts more than 300 payroll training conferences and seminars across the country each year and publishes a complete library of resource texts and newsletters.
