UprightCare specialises in common and chronic back, neck and shoulder pain, scoliosis, postural physiotherapy and women's health. We also conduct posture screening assessments for both adolescents and adults to identify “at risk” individuals and implement appropriate management and treatment strategies. UprightCare runs corporate ergonomics assessments, design and workshops; as well as regular posture and movement classes, hatha yoga and aerial yoga classes.
