Destination Wellness was created to offer an environment free of judgement and support the health and well being of individuals globally who are part of a beautiful community. We are Brenda and Stephanie, the founders of DW are 15-year colleagues and friends sharing a passion for health and wellness. We look for balance in our lives: eat amazing and healthful food; sleep restfully every night; use skincare products that are good for us and our world. We want to reach this balance without feeling the pressure of needing to be perfect, because that, we are not. Our lives are a journey with obstacles, minor and major bumps, and complications all along the way.
