Tildas Group A / S is a young expanding toy retailer who sells toys for more than 100 million DKK this year. Tildas sell toys to retail stores in Scandinavia via toy chains, supermarket chains and independent bookstores and toy stores. The company has a total of 25 employees. At the beginning of 2017, the majority shareholding was taken over by the capital fund SMV Capital A / S (www.smvcapital.dk) and subsequently Tildas AB, Malmö was acquired to gain a stronger foothold in the Swedish market. The company is in the process of administratively optimizing and collaborating systems to exploit the synergy opportunities between the two companies. We aim to combine an assortment of fast-selling top brands and strenghten the development of own brands.
