Founded in 1984, TPA has focused its activities in the California marketplace. TPA employs various contract consultants in order to avoid inefficient corporate hierarchy, and provide maximum value. The firm’s principal, Howard Hardin is supported by associates Jack C. Turner, Phd, Jesus Navidad, Siji Fernandez, Alex Kang, and Aimee Dyer. Additionally, the firm utilizes other technical experts when required by the specific assignment.
