Bricks are in our blood, and a century on we have developed into property owners with holdings throughout the Netherlands and Europe. With a century of experience in the field, we feel confident in calling ourselves a reliable presence in the real estate landscape. Progressiveness In addition to managing existing premises, Van der Vorm Vastgoed is also active in the field of project development. We are constantly surveying the real estate market for changing needs. When we spot demand for a certain type of real estate but can't find anything suitable in our portfolio, we aim to create a solution. To add to our Dutch portfolio, we have also set our sights across the border. We currently own several properties in Belgium, the United Kingdom, France and Poland. We focus not only on the national market, but on international expansion as well. Sustainability At Van der Vorm Vastgoed we make decisions with an eye on the future. We think several steps ahead when it comes to the interests of tenants. We may pursue a wide range of activities, but our core business will always be our tenants. Above all else, we want our tenants to feel at home in our properties.
