Moorhaven has been developing properties in various forms for the last 30 years and has carried out developments ranging from single new builds up to village developments of over 120 houses. The company specialises in conversions of commercial buildings including hospitals, hotels, pubs and shops. Often these buildings are either listed or of historical importance, we pride ourselves on our respect toward the conservation of these buildings. More recently we have predominantly moved into developing new builds with a contemporary edge in accessible, rural locations.
