Allegiance Refining, LLC is an operating company that specializes in responsibly and ethically leading refining operations in Texas. We have a diverse workforce of approximately 100 employees. Allegiance Refining became the operator of The San Antonio Refinery, LLC (TSAR) on January 1, 2021. Since that time, the company has made substantial improvements toward maintaining safe and reliable refinery operations.
