Diagnostic imaging produces more and more data and the available radiologist workforce is no longer able to keep up with demand to process all that data on time. The time to get a report on your imaging exam is growing. Even worse, we take no advantage of plenty of additional data available in the patient's electronic health record, like lab results, hospital ward reports and genomic data, to name a few. That's why we need to harness the power of AI now. Traditional healthcare software is slow, expensive and monolithic; cloudophobic as we say.
