UADD assists the non-for profit and the public sectors to develop their organizations as effective institutions, and to manage efficiently their projects from begin-to-end. UADD brings to the non-profit arena a broad knowledge and expertise from consulting and project management in the non-profit, private, and public sectors. Currently, we partner with a Boston based NGO to develop and run an Observatory of Human Rights and a Fund for Protection of Human Rights Defenders at Risk, both funded by the European Union. We also assist a Latin American Provincial Government in strategy and organization, and crisis management.
