EPST provides selection services and pilot training. Airline pilots are selected and trained. Basic training is provided by two experienced quality flight training organizations, advanced training (multi-crew) is provided in-house. Active airline pilots are used as instructors in a modern fixed-base B737NG flight simulator. European Pilot Selection & Training (EPST) First Officer training program provides ab-initio (student) pilots with an integrated training course including comprehensive aviation style jet training to fully prepare them for their first aviation interview and job. EPST continues to support successful graduates until they secure their first pilot job with one of the major airlines. The selection tool (COMPASS) consists of an aptitude test and a personality questionnaire. The test can be administered in-house. The results are immediately available through an online connection.
