At Diversive, our purpose is to progress diversity, representation and inclusion in the workplace at all organisational levels. We provide the Diversive Workplace Score online assessment, which gives an indicative view of equality, diversity and inclusion within an organisation based on key criteria. We also conduct research, campaign and lobby the Government, primarily to guide employers and to legislate for businesses to publish diversity data with mandatory action plans.
