The Delaware Valley Healthcare Council (DVHC) of The Hospital & Heatlhsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) is a leading advocate for better health and health care in southeastern Philadelphia. DVHC’s members include hospitals, health systems, long-term acute care facilities, hospices, behavioral health providers, federally qualified health care centers, and other health care providers. Associate members include insurers, technology and equipment suppliers, professional services firms, and organizations that serve or partner with health care providers. DVHC has strong relationships with regional government officials, state and federal lawmakers representing the five-county region, and the many regional and Philadelphia-based advocates and stakeholders working to improve health and health care.
