Our color-coded lease plans and spreadsheets clearly indicate tenant areas and common areas - the easiest to read in the industry. Our reports include full floor plans in black and white, color-coded lease plans, suite drawings if requested, and a CD with all of the files in both PDF and CAD format. Our in-house CAD department has the flexibility to meet your time requirements and unique needs. And once your building is in CAD format, tenant areas can change and be recalculated in a snap.
