Sudalimenta Ltd is a natural continuation of the path along four generations of family Tiberino. The founder Nicola Tiberino, towards the end of 1800, started the business in a small workshop in Via Vallisa in the historic center of Bari. After some years the young Raffaele and Tommaso joined his father and the business quickly turned into historical wholesale food and then, in the early ’20s, of various kinds. In the early postwar years into the company’s affaires Raffaele’s son, Nicola, which broadens the scope to all of Europe rapidly transforming the company in import and export of specialty foods, hence the Sudalimenta a short step. In 1999, with the entry in the affairs of Nicola’s son, who according to tradition, named like his grandfather, Raffaele, the activity improves specializing in producing and marketing products typical of Southern Italy. Our catalog includes a wide range of Italian gourmet main courses easy to be cooked, 100% natural and good as you can only taste in Italy. In our dishes pasta, rice, cereals, polenta meet natural ingredients to become original complete Italian meals (including their own seasonings). So anybody now can taste the real flavor of Bucatini Amatriciana, Linguine Puttanesca, Risotto with zucchini and much more original recipes from Italy.
