The RCMP Foundation is a registered charitable organization that supports the efforts of RCMP members across Canada who work tirelessly to transform the lives of Canada's youth at risk and make our communities safe. The Foundation raises funds to develop local community programs in support of child safety, drug awareness, crime prevention, literacy, internet safety, anti-bullying, victim assistance programs and many other initiatives. Funds are generated through online donations, corporate and private partnerships and by the licensing program of official RCMP products sold at the Foundation's own retail marketing facilities and on their website www.themountieshop.ca. Over the course of its 17 year history, the RCMP Foundation has provided more than $3.5 million to over 750 community initiatives in support of youth at risk.
