In 2009 the company launched the ‘Apprenticeship in Scotland’ recruitment channel and in 2012 became the first employer in the UK to successfully train young people with a dedicated Apprenticeship in Enterprise. In 2014 Career Studio was amongst the first employers in Scotland to gain the Investors in Young People accreditation. The company maintains a philosophy of employing young people across its operations and promoting from within. In 2015, Career Studio became Scotland’s first ‘Enterprise Academy’ with a full suite of business enterprise qualifications and training provision.
