The deal: Lace up those dancing zapatos and slip into something summery and stylish for Pachanga. It’s a legendary Latin event hosted twice a month at Central Square, Cambridge. Partygoers can expect to hear mostly Latin music, but also an eclectic mix of American hits from the last 40 years as well as upbeat world music. Who goes there? Initially, they had a mostly Latin crowd of students and young professionals, but it has become a very international, metropolitan scene of people in their mid-20s to mid-30s.
