Stockwell International Pty Ltd is a family owned Australian international freight forwarder. Stockwells was first established in 1971 as Bulgin & Stockwell. Founder Brian Stockwell started as a custom broker in Mascot with 4 other customs brokers including Mr George Bulgin. Since then, the business has expanded its territory to International Freight Forwarding, import and export, customs brokerage, port transport, storage and warehousing and project logistics. The company was renamed Stockwell International Pty Ltd after the death of Mr Bulgin and further rebranding occurred in 2010. The company has grown into one of the biggest privately/family owned freight forwarders in Australia. Stockwell's now have over 100 staff in offices in Sydney (Head office), Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland and Los Angeles.
