Science and Health research is currently not serving the population equally, leading to the under-representation of marginalised groups from employment to involvement. The Science and Health sector is not working collaboratively or effectively to improve its Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. EDIS is a cross-sector coalition created to respond to this. We believe that by bringing together organisations from across science and health to work together, we can be more effective in driving positive change. Our mission is to build a powerful, connected and coordinated movement to advance Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Science and Health. Our vision is for everyone to have equal opportunities and access to a successful career within Science or Health, its research and its outcomes.
