The Communications Infrastructure Committee of British Columbia (CICBC) is a public and private sector association that exists to promote broadband development in the province, including information sharing and collaboration on outside-plant fibre optic initiatives; joint development of standards and templates; lobbying of provincial and federal governments on key issues; and, relationship building across local government, provincial and private sector organisations.
