The Link Counseling Center
www.thelink.orgThe Link Counseling Center, serving the community since 1971, is dedicated to providing quality, affordable counseling, psychotherapy and support groups to all ages, helping them to heal and rebuild their lives. In addition to individual, couples, family and group therapy, our not-for-profit organization provides pro bono support groups for suicide prevention and aftercare, the aging and their families, and children in crisis and grief. Our counseling and psychotherapy sessions are provided on a sliding fee scale. In addition, The Link provides a post graduate training program for professional licensure and offers consultation to businesses, public workshops and training for other mental health professionals. The Link is deeply grateful for the generosity of the community that has created a unique resource for people to receive affordable mental health services regardless of their economic circumstances. Each year the Board of Directors of The Link Counseling Center raises much needed funds to support our on-going programs. At The Link, individuals pay what they can afford to pay for counseling and psychotherapy sessions. Pro bono grief support ensures that children and families who are grieving do not face their loss alone. Each dollar raised at our annual fundraiser, The Miracle Ball, goes directly towards bridging the gap between what people pay for counseling and psychotherapy sessions and the cost of providing services. If you would like more information or to schedule an appointment call our office at 404-256-9797 and one of our dedicated volunteers will assist with making appointments or answering questions. Both in person and virtual appointments are available.
