As the investment platform jointly set up by China Huarong, Deutsche Bank AG, Clearwater Capital and other international financial institutions, RDAMC specializes in special asset investment, by way of mezzanine investment, fixed- income investment, private equity etc. RDAMC helps good companies to expand production, complete M&A, in order for them to grow stronger and bigger rapidly. In addition to investments with own capital, RDAMC acts as a fund manager that manages a number of funds.
