For the last seven years, Wild Food Cafe School has been running a myriad of courses, programmes, events, and retreats. They have guided thousands of students from the UK and abroad to upgrade their plant-based food skillsets whilst deepening their understanding of holistic nourishment and wellbeing. The founders of Wild Food Cafe School, Joel & Aiste Gazdar have over 25 years of personal experience in integral practices of wellbeing, including multiple modalities of plant-based food, herbalism, plant medicine, nutrition, astrology, yoga, and other holistic movement and personal development practices. Their inter-disciplinary training brings a wealth of knowledge and a sense of all-inclusivity, playfulness, ease, and integration of varying (and often contradicting) approaches to food and wellness.
