Chuck Rice began Brio Employee Development in 2017 with the plan to “Reframe the workplace into somewhere people want, not just need, to go to work.” With that idea in mind, Brio has grown into a company dedicated to doing just that. Using the DISCflex program, Brio works with clients to help their employees gain a better understanding of their own behavioral tendencies through workshops, webinars, and/or one-on-0ne coaching. DISCflex behavioral measurements are easy to understand, and can improve participant’s professional and personal relationships. Brio also practices and teaches mindfulness and self-awareness.
