The BLK360 is an immersive 3D walk-through experience. It delivers multiple marketing assets that will deliver better customer engagement and a fresh online presence of your property. By using the BLK360, a small black devise by Leica, we provide two services at once. One, provides accurate floor plans utilizing the Matterport's platform service. And two, it is used for development of as-built plans for construction documents. The BLK360 scanner works much like a Matterport photo scanner with better precision and resolution. The BLK360 scanner is placed in positions around the site to create a virtual walk-through. Each scan is 2 minutes and is placed throughout the site to generate a virtual walk-through.
